Ms. Bethany Kraatz (Associate) offers close to 3 decades of real world experience to benefit our clients. Her riding career literally started at two weeks of age! After obtaining her degree in business and equine facility management, she now runs her own highly successful real estate business, specializing in Kentucky horse properties and farms.

Her employment background extends from boarding operations, stud farm, racetrack, and as a trainer for New Vocations Racehorse Adoption. With Sport Horse and Racing industry experience, she’s perfectly positioned to help our clients.

Mr. Bill Kraatz (Principal Associate) is a lifetime horseman, the grandson of a WW1 U.S. Cavalry sergeant who was stationed at Ft Riley, KS.

He grew up with horses, and, as an adult, showed Hunter/Jumpers, gradually moving to Eventing (up to Preliminary level), Dressage (riding thru 4th lvl.) and now Combined Driving.

Bill holds 3 licenses, as an international level horse show official, with the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) and International Equestrian Federation (FEI), in the disciplines of Combined Driving, Eventing, and Dressage. He was the 4th person in North America to hold international officials cards in 3 different disciplines.

Bill keeps memberships and actively participates in the Carriage Association of America, the Kentucky Dressage Association, the Northern Kentucky Horse Network, the Kentucky Horse Council, the MidSouth Eventing and Dressage Association, the United States Dressage Federation, the American Driving Society, and the Retired Racehorse Project, where he currently serves as Head Steward of Competition at the annual Thoroughbred Makeover.

Ms. Jessica Bloom (Associate)... Jessica grew up on a farm in Southern Ohio.  Spending her youth and amateur career showing Western and English All-Around on the AQHA circuit.  She also spent some time as a professional trainer in New Jersey and Ohio.  Then went on to enter the world of OTTB’s.  She now has a degree in Broadcasting and Real Estate.  Combining her knowledge of the 3, Jessica now adds a yet another dimension to the team. as well as experience in the Thoroughbred and breeding industries.
